Please refer to the prospectus for patents, and do a proper research of the products, they are not exactly the same and Prizma is 100% GMed, patents last for a limited period of time, normally 17 years. LifeWatch Inc was formed in 1993 and acquired by Yacob's company in year 2000. In year 2012 LifeWatch launched LifeWatch V, which was a modified android phone which failed to meet customer acceptance due to its high cost and lack of flexibility, the company didn't finish the patent registration. Prizma addresses the issues that resulted from the previous experience.
In regard of the shares being transferred, I mentioned before that Julius Baer is not a retail bank, it is an asset management and investing consultancy company for wealthy individuals, and they offer Trust arrangements as part of their sevices. It is a swiss entity with branches en few places, by the way Yacob is also a Swiss national. You can call the company directly if you wish.
