You always like to see BOD buying on market ...positive sign as you say . But he already owns ( indirectly now as the shares are held in the banks name ...that still confounds me ) 193 million shares , so new purchase of 733 thousand is a drop in the ocean. Maybe purely a calculated move on his part. Time will tell , patience is the key and all the other cliches you can think of.
