Here is my 2 cents (which may be exactly what it is worth).

I believe that the share price is being manipulated to stay at these levels. I feel that a substantial holder is stacking the sell side from one account (account A, a trust, wife etc) and putting in large orders on the buy side (from account B)or colluding with other traders trying to head fake retail holders who are losing patience out of this company.

If you have a look at the market depth beyond .15 it is extremely thin when considering the volumes traded each day.

I dont think the SP is going to move until this person gets their fill and lets it move up or alternatively we have more that one large player and they see the exact set up or trigger. Alternatively people could stop selling into the bid.

Until such time retail investors are like a pair of socks in a wash with the sheets and towels. we are unable to dictate the direction of the water.

Dont fool yourself it is not a level playing field out there particularly with start ups and small caps. Make yourself aware of the games larger players can get around or you will be simply taking money from your account and putting it directly into theirs.
