you've got to add another $30 million to that 27 from the agreement ROL made with PT Kilau Sumber Perkasa (?PT KSP?), of Indonesia?s Salim Group, who will acquire a 22.5% interest in ROL. The agreement was part of ROL's obligations to the Indonesion government to have a certain amount of Indonesion interest in the project.
