Ok they weren't "sold" they were transferred, disposed, discarded, whatever name you want to call them.

However they are gone and not to any related party to himself.

Gavin Rezos did the same in December! He converted his 2013 options to shares but disposed of his 2014 performance options!

Both have taken money off the table, as is their right! Good luck to them I say, however it should be noted!

I doubt you give away 2,000,000 options with a conversion of just 15 cents away just for tax reasons that don't expire until the end of this year!
