I have upped my holding in SPZ recently and will continue to add over time at current levels or below. I think in time this company could and hopefully will have a major role to play internationally in the car park technology and management space. And lets be honest about this, Cars and Car Parking Areas and Spaces wont be going out of fashion any time soon.
