Forgive me for asking a stupid question ... but when is a good time for a director to offload shares?
To me there's times of good news, bad news, no news. Bad news would suggest a sinking ship. Good news to me suggests profit taking at the expense of some short term volatility. No news is unknown and messes with investors heads too. Seems like a no win situation to me. They are a form of remuneration and it doesn't put cash in your pocket until realised. Seems to me to be a pitfall of this type of remuneration more so than anything else. But this form of remuneration is also a must in the small-cap sector to get director retention imo.
I think that this stock sitting below 20c is crazy and I am slightly in the red because of it too but I don't feel anything negative towards the company or director because of it.
Anyway just my thoughts, and happy to hear any alternate views
