I agree that speed to mine is important and I think KB has that happening.
Speed to mine is also important in negotiations.
However, mines cost money to build and the objective is to have BOA's in place at an early stage. This gives a boost to the SP which reduces dilution and confidence to those that finance the mine. It is a critical part of development.
