yeah right. Not a problem when your the head honcho, and you can just go out and issue 2 million options to yourself and have them vest at below the current share price !

But it's his company, we are along for the ride.
If he issued himself 10M options at 2c, then I reckon the funds(institutional investors) would start asking some pretty serious questions.
