A director selling shares to leverage up into options 6 or 7 to 1 is actually an extremely bullish
thing for the stock............
why get options at the equivalent of $0.22 per share unless you thought the leverage of said transaction would mean the stock goes to somewhere over 25-27c and stays there to make it worthwhile for the extra risk. If they sold stock at say 11-12c at that time they would double their money at $0.24.... so the end result is a director who is somewhat more positive than that.
Of course if they are mega bullish the options would be a no brainer
I have been trying to get oppies on the cheap to no avail so bought stock at 14.5 and 15
PS I have done some analysis of what is going on and think said SP should have a 32c+ on it in the near future. Recent large buyers have not sold any apparently
