You might be down a bit more soon. Price will drift on no news. Just have to be patient. I was down 10k when I bought at 17 early last year. Can't see much happening until the CR is done or their are details about more cornerstone investment minimalizing the dilution to SH's. Until this happens or there is an explosion in the HPA price traders will probably just play with it.
Nevertheless, still I great project and has amazing potential. I will be buying back at some stage this year when more details are out and I am more than happy to pay more than the current price.
One of the problems there is, is that there is no details on the Terms and Conditions of the finance. A failed CR (unlilely however) could see the whole project fall through if ATC don't get the balance of the CAPEX by a certain date.
I think the market is weighing all this up at the moment and people are controlling their risk.
