    The cosmetic industry is not medical, its commercial marketing. No FDA approvals, it’s cosmetics.

    As one added element in the marketing mix of a long established brand name “Olay” how can you realistically expect to have negotiated a multi million dollar contract.

    It supposedly helps a cosmetic brand penetrate the skin. Terrific.

    It’s a fantasy world

    3 factors make for skin protection with no issues in later age eg facial BC,s and associated cancers and issues
    1 hat protection
    2 50 plus lotion
    3 hydration- consuming

    the rest is marketing- it comes and goes
