So Joe averaged 3.56 cents per share, which means very recent trades. And went at least $40K into his own pocket (tax/offsets) in order to exercise these options. 2 things. 1) Less shares will be fluid and on offer over the next month. 2) He's now cleared the way for an announcement while avoiding any underhanded accusations of manipulation. Bring on the quarterly and announcements. Tight hands. Roll on. GLTAH
