he was employed to develop IP and due to a lax and lacking contractual terminology, he secured the very IP from the people employing him and claimed it as his own, then went on to list that Ip in a public company and in that process ran foul of investors and the regulators for failing to disclose the fact the Ip was actually going to be contested in the courts..
he has been reprimanded for his behaviors..
hardly a candidate to ethos that befits someone that will look after smaller holders.. expect a thorough shafting
