maybe a vote of confidence, but how many did he get cheaply by not disclosing as he should have?
the guy did a donald trump on TIG a while back and nearly broke the company so he exclusively got his way to the detriment of all other shareholders,, i believe he has been told by a judge he is not a fit and proper person before.. doesnt matter what happens, he remains what he is..
imho his presence on the board is a waste of oxygen and waste of precious capital. brings nil to the company, just makes it look like a two bit penny stock
