Nice to see MDs buying and adding to there existing pile - I believe that VMC has always been a tightly held company, and that is good but has the downside that there is not the same degree of urgency to get the projects moving and keep the great unwashed (that's us) fed like the chooks.
To sum up VMC - say 'slow and steady, boring as hell, very likely to have a good outcome'
