Not sure what Walker is up to here.
Purchased stock in 2014 and finished up with approx 9% of the company and not long after their was a share price spike. One could assume he offloaded.
He now has of late strategically built his holding up to just over 3 million shares.
I just feel uneasy that a Director who came onto the board last year and was going to improve communication to the shareholders re developments, has said little and seems to have spent more time of late, positioning himself within the share registry of a company on its knees.
As we were handing over our cash based on the "story" communicated, he was not to be seen. In the meantime his company Cicero had a member on the board, a company executive controlling the administration and Wangle/Family Insights located on his premises at handsome fees
Where was he over the last 3 years when the company was making all these claims about the world class VPN and the national come global roll out of Wangle - not to be seen
imo this listing by flying under the radar as mini cap has been claiming minimal attention. In the meantime, shareholders were used as fodder to keep the company alive whilst those within had their snouts in the trough and are now after a 50:1 consolidation looking to rinse and repeat again.
Sean Smith was appointed as CEO/Director on 25th Jan 2107. In that time with all the company "technology" on hand, he as produced $29k in revenue and spent in the vicinity of $7,000,000 on research and development, product manufacturing and operating costs, advertising and marketing, staff costs, administration and corporate costs. Figures take from the annual reports.
and now switching focus into an unknown product in Frugl with no milestones for the shareholders.
The list goes on as the shareholders just sit and watch, waiting for the next vague announcement - like all associated with the micro chip, the vpn and family insights.
- Where is the consumer app to collect the data being developed
- Who is paying for its development
- When will the app be ready for market application to collect consumer data
- What food groups are to be utilized for this data collection
- What are the other retail options for the collection of such data and the milestones
- How long will it take to get sufficient data for a package to be presented to potential clients such as Woolworths, Coles and Adli
- What is the expected revenue and timing
meantime Walker is now buying up a train wreck. .....cannot be for the company performance
is this just the game.
A totally p..... off shareholder.
