So, FVRR will spend 5x the current FLN valuation ($880M) to buy a company with single-digit growth that is posting around $56M revenues p/a. Because a 16x multiple over revenues sounds... totally reasonable. Typical multiples are 1.5-2x, especially for companies that don't have much of a growth story over the past few years.
That being said acquisition by FVRR isn't unreasonable at a decent increment over current market cap, but you're setting yourself up for disappointment by predicting $2. Some pretty amazing things would have to happen to FLN to make that happen.
