If it is Yacov it would be to balance the capital gain obtained selling 44 mill shares that were initially given for zero consideration. If he has sold another 10 mill it would be from the shares purchased in the 20s to nullify the gain.
It might also be Yacov buying back 10 mill shares?
or someone else selling shares to a different person/ company.
