There are already suggestions Matt and Simon support the price with director buying (which if somebody really believes they should trade on!).
$80k or $200k is trivial given their overall holdings, I view it more as a nudge from the directors to the market that they view the price as low.
The best way to support the price is good execution, and good communications of new initiatives (not leaving everything to the quarterly, where things can be overlooked).
