that's the exact mindset I originally had.....but as time has passed, with more research and in the main, successful progress from EXR to date coupled with my increasing confidence in NY and the BOD based primarily on watching (numerous times) every presentation Neil does, i feel. that the risk v reward scenario has changed significantly.

As we know, we have a PSC with Eye watering potential ......and from my perspective, it's starting to shape up to deliver on an amazing upside scale.

Won't be easy as @tui says, and it'll take time with lots of rises n dips in the road, but my point is......I'm now orientating towards my investment as more of a sound, dare I say more responsible one, rather than a pure play speculative have a bet and pretend it's already lost.
