Seems (on the face of it), to be a lot of "pressing personal matters"....

Stephen (Steve) Promnitz Sell -250,000 @ $0.100 = $25,000 Off-market trade.

Stephen (Steve) Promnitz Sell -750,000 @ $0.080 = $60,000 Off-market trade.

- 20/03/20
Stephen (Steve) Promnitz Sell -1,250,000 @ $0.040 = $50,000 Off-market trade.

- 14/10/20
Stephen (Steve) Promnitz Sell -1,818,182 @ $0.055 = $100,000 Off-market trade (during a closed period - outside the trading window for a Director).

TOTAL = $420,000

The total above is in addition to $275,000 per annum salary plus any Long Term Incentive Plan allocations (most recently - 31 AUG 2020, 2,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares).
