Sabina is one of tony varno's two WFL-holding companies (i believe the other is camerte) so he was essentially just moving shares around his own accounts (very possibly for reasons of tax mitigation - that's why I do things like that!). Between his personal holding and his two holding companies, he owns 2.66% of the firm. It doesn't look like he's actually acquired any new shares. The fact that SS is buying on market is encouraging. I've actually been selling shares, booking the tax loss, and buying options. We'll see how it goes!
