That could well be the case. I don’t know his personal circumstances. However it’s the signal it sends to the share holders. Especially at a time when they are dangling carrots.
Totally different if any of us did it. But his in the spot light at a time when everyone is waiting for announcements before Christmas.
If he doesn’t understand this simple concept then his in the wrong position.
