Thank you @In4apenny. This is the document I scrolled through on Friday. I agree that the 3Ys are not a concern. Without knowing LPD's closed periods and trusting our directors, it doesn't matter, beyond their own management of the timing of the transactions. Moreover, the 3Ys arguably shouldn't have been a surprise, as we knew management converted options. Really, who has 200 or 400 thousand dollars just sitting around in their cheque account?

It is odd though imo that the ASX doesn't seem to have a hard and fast rule for all listed companies, as it's clearly eyebrow raising if management were to buy (or sell) before good (or bad) news. The long and the short of it then is that LPD may very well deliver announcements in the early part of this coming week. We'll see and thank goodness it's December. GLTAH
