Denysschen not acting in an individual capacity. Transamine signed a 100% OTA with RFR after the deal with HCS to secure a German federal loan went bust. The new deal included those 5M shares and a board position. Not sure this means OTA with Transamine still stands or if that’s also buggered. Could be the case after the German gov muddle. Steven mentioned he’s looking into other OT options.
On the bright side just heard quarry owners backed down in Spain and had to remove the rocks blocking the mine adit one by one after some serious pounding from RFR lawyers. Hope they bugger off now and mind their own business.
