13 might hold as it is the low. I would be asking myself what was my plan when I purchased - investment / trade, was there a stop loss considered? 2yrs is quite a while until production, the market at this point is pretty impatient.
My main point is the director purchasing $6k worth of shares is nothing, if you want to see impressive share buying by a director I suggest take a look at PNV.
