FLN needs more than Matt's buying Roofy, it needs his leadership. The enduring failure of Freelancer to grow as a viable business, in my view, has been the complete and utter lack of effective leadership and direction from Matt. He has simply sat back and hoped Freelancer would grow and develop of it's own volition. The stark reality is, that there is no " easy road " or " free lunch" and that has become all too evident. Despite the additional cost impedement, I think Matt should employ a dedicted CEO with industry experience and credibility to lead FLN, Escrow and Loadshift to their full potential.
