I doubt this will be CR, it will be most probably debt facility but I am not very confident they will get Anglo assets, they might pursue other opportunities and delay the dividends but I am 100 percent sure dividends will be given in March 2025
return to 7, likely scenario but will take few months , it’s fair value is much more than 7 but do your own research
