MB has been buying since inception anywhere between $1-50 or so and...now...16cents . Hard to read too much into this other than a " show of confidence "........its not stopping the SP decline!!! He has to find a way to get this company moving ......my ART shares are up 120% in the past 12 months ......FLN should be similar!
