MB hasn't bought above 0.82, and sold $12M worth of stock at 1.40. He bought about $1.2M of FLN stock with trades but he's on net sold way more stock than he's bought. If it's a show of confidence, it's from a warchest built at the expense of people who bought at 1.40.
The other directors also had good luck with their trades, with DW getting $2.6M with the SP at 1.70 and SC getting $23M @ 1.40, like MB. Insiders selling $38M of stock in quick succession was supposedly about increasing the free float and getting instos on board. Imagine what it would be like to be the guy at some insto who bought FLN at 1.40 or 1.70, lol.
If the company gets moving again, it will be because marketplace (marketplace proper, not marketplace + Loadshift) is growing USD revenues, plain and simple. Not obvious how that happens.
