Customer support agent AI is easy with many resources out there already from bigger companies including Microsoft and Amazon, and most any company can do it. The company I work at has one stuck between a working proof of concept and ready for production , but the only reason we and others aren't widely using them yet is because the AI might say the wrong thing. The more you trim down the data the AI is trained on to meet regulations, the less it becomes an agent and more just a fancy search index.
