Ole Joe has been a member of the board for 5 years and the last notice of change was in 2020. so in the last three years the only thing he has held in MSB is options.....
you take all the confidence you want, but my assessment is the Chairman of the Board of a company in serious financial strife not owning shares in said company is pretty rubbish optics. My assessment is hands were forced.
