It certainly gives you faith in a company when management / directors are supporting the company and buying in the share purchase plan... hang on why don't they just buy on market, that's right buying on market sees the money go to another share holder while buying in an SPP sees the money going straight into working capital ( Salaries) etc.
They appear to have guaranteed salaries and director payments for another 12 months so I guess they will be back August 2020 with another offer that holders would not want to miss, the ability to top up share holdings at .004c a share.
I note that the Citigold website appears to be missing 2 non executive directors,
Mr A Panchariya (Non-Executive Director) Dr S Acharya (Non-Executive Director) they may have been part of the cost cutting but I cannot recall any notice to that effect.
