Sorry I meant that resignation.
“The Company is confident that it will receive substantial restitution and compensation from the various parties responsible for the misappropriations,” said Mr Rosen.
Further, when restitution is made, our cash resources should increase significantly from the $14.1 million cash holdings recently announced.
I'm suggesting that the tone of the wording implies that they are infact confident of getting most of the money back, and my interpretation is such that to be this confident you need co-operation, otherwise restitution is more difficult and complicated.
And yes I will speak to the company and might suggest you do to.
