Roric Smith never bought nor was ever issued shares in SFR in the 6 1/2 years he served as a director.
Some holders make much of director 'alignment' to shareholders' interests. This is a commonly over-wrought argument.
Yet to NEVER buy from directors' fees, never be considered to have made a sufficient contribution to be issued even one share in all that time is astonishing.
