Yep. Caught with their pants down on the conversion to the cloud and then magnified many times over by the reluctance of existing customers to renew on similar contract terms preferring to shorten contractual timeframes.
This killed the IRI accounting profit but only a modest impact on cashflow as the annual payments still keep rolling in.
Time will tell if it recovers. I am down 49% as I write this post.
The IRI SP peaked at $4.92 during the last 18 months, who knows whether we will see this again?
