ASIC will most likely do nothing... and since this is the new gold standard case study for future students I can see them now asking the teacher "so what were the consequences for those responsible??" and the teacher simply says "they simply collected their remuneration and moved on with their lives..."

What a great example to set. ASIC is well overdue for a royal commission, there's a recent buzz of scandals over there so let's hope it's on the way.
