yes but they are alternate directors to centrex which is the trading entity. As such they would have fiduciary duties to report if things weren’t going to plan, otherwise you could face criminal charges.
however if you resign as an alternate director that responsibility disappears.
I don’t think it is unwise as the brothers probably don’t have a lot to do with centrex on a day to day basis and this is a risky time for the business ie everything looks great I’m theory but in practice……
