I don’t think it is unwise as the brothers probably don’t have a lot to do with centrex on a day to day basis and this is a risky time for the business ie everything looks great I’m theory but in practice……

There are hundreds of reasons why the brother might resign as alternative director that's just one of them so don't get too hung up on it. Would be nice to get some clarification from the company to remove the wild speculation
