I reckon hard yards are being done, serious stuff, negotiations etc. I don’t mind the silence from the new directors, Finran, etc… even 612 is off the radar at the moment.
We know if they’ve gone this far to take control of the company, they will be going hard now, but not wanting to prejudice outcomes, give forewarning to those who have things to hide, or creditors with dubious claims, suspect subsidiaries. This ride isn’t over, let’s hope we all get our money’s worth.
