This is what happens when you have ASX gender director quotas. People end up working many levels above their level competence. Destroyed hundreds of millions of dollars of shareholder wealth under her watch. Not that the male directors were any better, necessarily. Anyway I'm sure the Board can take up some new roles in various villages missing a key role.
She is on a few other ASX Boards. Watch out.
