No worries at all Tane, my comments were “tongue in cheek”. Dwhale will look foolish to say the absolute least as the share price moves to $2 and well beyond in the next few years, but I try not to give him or her any extra oxygen!
TBH the Citi research is way too bullish and I think this actually creates some short term problems for LVT. For example the last ARR figure of $40.1 was awesome but as Citi was expecting $42m the market was a bit disappointed. Citi have got LVT achieving ARR of $147m in 4Q21 and hitting the $100m target in 2Q21 (forecast of $110m then). These numbers are patently ridiculous IMO although I’d love to be proven wrong. I don’t they’ll hit the $100m target until 4Q21 (which is absolutely fine and fits in with their targets) and with the increase in quarterly costs I don’t think they’ll be cash flow break even until the September quarter next year. That’s all good though. I still think this will be a multi multi bagger over the next decade!
