Hey guys, I have been enjoying the discussions on this forum with very good contributions from many like VMK, GDayMate, DWhale etc. While some are concerned with the high costs, especially staff costs and others believe high costs are necessary for the tremendous growth, everybody is entitled to have his/her opinion and there is no point being personal and call people names and other derogative comments.

I know we all have big egos but let's be professional and concentrate on the discussions about the company instead of attacking individual members. Don't ruin a good thing please.
