"We have not announced further details regarding the Memorandum of Understanding on a new strategic partnership that is currently in negotiations. Progress on this matter is
ongoing. The Company’s strengthened financial position and new strategic direction have attracted the attention of other competing interests, and consequently we are scrutinizing all options with the intent to maximize long term shareholder interests. We will promptly announce any material news to the market."

This moves us (the company and shareholders) to a bit more than "hope", in my view. Glad I didn't remove my December buy order. :)
