I had a similar surprised and concerned reaction to this current cash position as I recall being under the impression there was significant positive cash flow from my research.
Reading the response to Question 8.6.1 on the 2nd last page covers this off for me, one off expenses- acquiring a business, debt restructuring, military training company establishment, professional advice.
To achieve all this with the reduced income through lockdowns I'm now more surprised they have managed to achieve what they have.
Best case, no lockdowns they're back in business.
Worst case, more lockdowns but without these one-off expenses I think they've demonstrated that they can manage the cash position.
