    If it is indeed a sleeper why are no directors buying stock on market? have they been in a blackout since IPO?

    Seems they all like their free options and free shares but with only 2 of 5 directors buying immaterial amounts on market ($10k each?) not sure how the stock is cheap when the directors themselves aren't buying at these levels 40% less than the IPO price.
