If I was the new CEO, after a quick review of the business, you would be concerned about cash.
Expect most experienced CEO’s would want to raise $10-15m as growth capital in this environment.
By the time they are appointed and can do this, expecting a late Jan / early Feb raise.
Share price is already giving these signals with weakness.
Then there is key man risk here, what if Lang doesn’t support the raise?
