Thanks for the inciteful post....well written.

One thing that needs to be taken into account is that m'ment hold most of the shares in this company....well over 70% of the stock.

Would it not be in THEIR best interests to keep the price down, keep accumulating (as they have been) then let the stock run upwards of $1 and even above $2 before they accept a takeover (greater than the previous offer some years ago I believe around $1.70)? Or just start to sell off gradually once the SP is above their target price? Or sell Escrow when the time is right? Or list in the USA?

Next 12 months will definitely tell a story and one that looks promising whichever way you look at it!

NB: I say "THEIR best interests" as they are the majority SH's, and THEY can dictate the price of this stock WHENEVER they choose!!

The minority just have to sit back and wait (which I am prepared to do).
