What are you talking about?
The share price has simply gotten back to where it was in March / April, after tax loss selling drove it down to 10/11 cents.
A small rally after the forced selling is finished is not impressive,
The 52 week high is around 53 cents, so getting back to these levels nothing special.
The Board could change this very quickly by removing a huge amount of related party transaction costs.
Unfortunately they have very little incentive to ensure these deals are fair, or to cut them back, as it hurts their own hip pocket.
The Perich name will become synmomus with enriching themselves and destroying value for shareholders.
Nothing they have done in the restructure suggests otherwise.
